 o
Pietra del Cardosa in Atlanta??

Hi all, I am very interested in getting Pietra del Cardosa counters for my kitchen renovation. (Yes, I have read all the threads and know all the downsides.) I am in Atlanta, and nobody here seems to have even heard of them, much less actually have them. Does anybody happen to know where I can locate them here?

Thanks in advance for any help!
Nicole

RE: Pietra del Cardosa in Atlanta??

I had the same problem with finding actual slabs of soapstone to look at in Connecticut. Finally I just started calling around to different stone yards, and found a place that had one sitting outside, and they pointed me in the direction of another wholesaler that had several more on display.

In the process I also stumbled on Pietra del Cardosa and I really like it. I've searched this forum for info on it and no luck finding anything substantial discussing the pros and cons. Would you mind pointing me in the direction of the threads you mention? I just could not get the search engine to work for me!!
