Pbear, I just responded to a different thread saying I saw what I thought was a crema marfil backspash in a small subway pattern. Very pretty.

I have Bianco Romano granite with Bianco Carrera subway tile. Simple but we love the combination.

Not sure if this is what you had in mind. Good luck! We love our granite and backsplash.

I really liked the kitchen lab Chicago one too. If I were to be doing it again... We did ours in December 2004 so I am pleased it is still photographable. Happy birthday to my 6 year old kitchen. We have sure enjoyed it and it still looks great! (Nothing trendy, really.)

The kitchen lab one is totally cool!!!! Makes me think that a galley kitchen might not be so bad!

It looks like the backsplash on the kitchen lab one is a light green glass tile which I never would have pictured with Bianco Romano. Of course, it's hard to tell the true colors on the internet.

I have Bianco Romano granite and got my backsplash installed last week after more than a year and a half of trying to decide which tiles to choose!
