Question about toe kick heaters

I've seen a few people mention the toekick heaters on the forum - especially the Turbonics brand. I've seen there are hydronic and electric options for toe kick heaters. Does anyone have electric toe kick heaters? How quiet is the model/brand and would you recommend a certain brand? Did you have to order you cabinet to accomodate a toekick heater (i.e. no toekick for that cabinet) or did you alter the toekick after the fact? I'm pretty sure we are looking at an electric toe kick since this would go in the addition part of the kitchen and dining room where we don't have any water pipes AND we made the mistake of not insisting the contractor run ductwork under the floor and put floor vents as part of the addition. Supposedly the contactor couldn't find the correct ducts for him to run them over the doorway to the addition section of the kitchen so the heat stops where the addition starts. Any help with the toekick heaters would be appreciated.
