Have you contacted the company directly to let them know of your concerns?

I am acquainted with the company owner - actually know *of* him. Anyway, he would want to know the problems you've had and would want to remedy them. He's that kind of guy. Solid guy, great reputation in this area.

We would have gone with Bellmont Cabinets for our new kitchen, but they didn't have the look we were seeking. So we went with another, local (Western Washington) custom cabinet company.

The OP has a beef with Bellmont - he posted twice in October about these issues and again today (out of the blue). I have Bellmont cabinets and had none of the problems he describes. I don't think they're the highest of the high quality cabinets (they could use Blum glides and they'd automatically be better I think), but they're great, and look great, for the price. I've previously had WoodMode, Crystal and KitchenCraft cabinets, so it's not like I don't have experience with other brands. Ours have been in use for just under a year.

Dealer for 2 years and now calling them out for a badly warped side on the "high end line" and the typical problem anyone would have on the budget line.....

Something isn't adding up here
