Hi there
looking for a spot to put a baking surface in my U-shaped kitchen with a long island. i have only one corner that i could possibly do it. it would be between the range and the main sink. Not sure if this is even a good idea since it's not a very accessible place. Island will be all some kind of engineered quartz, probably caaserstone with some wood at the very end at the eat-in part of it.

anybody done this in a corner? anyone have any other ideas?
