How to wash dishes at work?

Hello Friends,

I have three big sinks, how should I wash the dishes that come in? Oh yeah I have a dish washer. Should I just let it soak a little then focus on continually running the washer? Or should I hose down the dishes and then run it through? Right now they're getting on me because I'm a little slow, but I don't know the best way to do it.

I'll have to get back to you on that. Right now I have a child at home and have to tend to him. Children can get into all kinds of mischief so easily when they get bored.
