We have the Kohler "Vibrant Brushed Nickel" finish on both our faucets (Kohler Vinnata for main/cleanup & Kohler Fairfax for prep). The main sink is also a Ticor. I think they look just fine together. (Our prep sink is a Kohler SS.) I also think Brushed Chrome would look fine so I'd decide on which finish I liked for the overall effect in my kitchen.

I don't have the hot water faucet, so cannot comment. I also didn't use the InSinkerator GD flange, I used the Kohler SS flange instead so I can't compare the finishes. Actually, I used the Kohler SS DuoStrainer in both the prep sink & the non-GD side of the Ticor (small bowl).

Thanks for the pix, which helps show my Great Indoors has some pretty bad lighting, as the BN Fairfax had a yellow/light brown haze to it that I wasn't liking.

How do you like the Fairfax? This will be our only sink, and the wife hates "the hoops".

And now if someone will chime in regarding the hot-water faucet, I'll be all set!

I really like both my faucets, but for everyday prep work I think I prefer the Fairfax... I can put a pot (or pail for the fish tank) on the counter, hook the Fairfax head on the edge and do something else while it's filling.

It also has a lower profile so worked better for my prep sink as it's a corner sink on a peninsula w/wall cabinets on the left.
