We have the Ladylux3 Plus (the pull out, not the pull down) and are very happy with it -- in particular I like that you can switch back and forth between spray and stream by pressing the button and without a need to turn off the water. We had the earlier version of this (Ladylux Plus) in our prior kitchen and also were quite pleased (we also had the Ladylux Cafe, which did not have the locking spray function).

I have no trouble with splashing, but my mother says she does -- I suspect that has more to do with the apron front sink than the faucet. My mother has the Grohe Concetto with an undermount sink and is very happy with that.

Thanks for your help, Oaktown. Is your sink rounded at the edges, or is it more like 90 degree angles? I wonder if that would make a difference too?
The further we get into this renovation, the harder it is to make any decisions.
We need to purchase 2 faucets so this could get quite expensive. It would kill me to spend all that money on a faucet that drives me crazy.
I wish there was a place where you could actually see the faucet functioning.

We have a Kohler Vault apron front sink with that faucet, so the interior corners are near-square. But, I can't see that making a difference, the water never hits the corners unless I am spraying with the pull-out; at normal resting position the water stream goes directly down the center drain in the sink. I would guess my mom's splashing issues have to do with way she's used to washing dishes and the lack of a sink rail on this type of sink -- she usually gets her shirt wet but I never do??
