If you have some extra tiles, have your installer make you samples of a few tiles with each grout color. My installer did that with 4 different colors. It took him 10-15 min max & it helped me visualize what it would look like & make a decision.

I'd go a light gray

I agree with the previous posters. I'd lean torwards a light grey. And I'd ask for sample boards to decide for sure.

I'd go with gray too.

I think gray would look better than white, but it depends on how you want it to look. See if you can get them to make you a sample board with the different grout colors. I don't know if you have the time, but you should let the sample boards dry at least overnight so that you can see the real color the grout will be. It's darker when it's wet before it's cured. Better to postpone it a day till you can decide than live with something you aren't happy with forever.

I like gray in that color scheme and it will be easier to maintain. Always a bonus. Love your kitchen!

We just switched to the gray grout after seeing a sample board of the white. Thanks for your help, everyone!

Again, thank you to all who helped us decide. We did go with light gray (Delorean Gray by Pro Fushion #165) and we love it. I am so glad we switched it at the last minute.
