Unless the corners are done by hand and blended in, the smallest radius is dictated by the bit in the tool. If your roundover cutter has a 2" radius, that's the smallest radius you can profile.

So have top radii that don't match your sink or have them profile the corners by hand.

Thanks Treb sounds like it depends on the willingness of the fabricator. I will ask him when he comes.

Scrappy, I don't know if you remember my countertop install issues, but here is a pic of my 1st try with marble. I think the radius on the corners does not fit the style and lines of the sink.

Good luck with templating. Remember that this sink calls for zero reveal.

thanks bbtrix, fora ll your help over multiple threads about this sink. The templater is still here and gently asked me to give him some space to think :) . They have agreed to a roundover edge on the sink with as square corners as possible.

The half bullnose for the perimeter edge would require me to have 3 inch radius inside corners on the cabinets so I chose the 1/4 roundover instead in order to get the 1 inch radius inside corner. It's only slightly more than an eased edge (1/8") but hopefully will help wtih the chipping issue. Thanks to Trebuchet for raising my awareness of that on this forum.
