That's too bad. I had a good experience with them regarding an out of warranty range last year. The wave touch control panel shorted out, out of the blue. I did an online chat with them and they offered to pay for parts if I had it repaired though an authorized facility. I also had to pay for the diagnostic service call where the man looked at it and sent in the part list and cost to them for approval. They approved it, I paid a couple hundred in labor and they covered $800 in parts on a range I paid $700 for at a Sears Outlet.

I'm sorry you're not getting anywhere. Maybe give their online chat a try. I just played dumb and chatted to ask if my stove was till under any warranty (I knew it had expired about 2 years prior) and then explained what happened and that we were very disappointed. That I'd had all sorts of bargain ranges over the years and none of them just up and shorted out and died. The woman was pretty quick to make the offer of covering parts. The repair was done by a local authorized appliance store and the repairman was good in getting every corresponding part that may have been linked with the electrical panel replaced.
