I also have a bright kitchen, and the counters and floor allow a darker paint. I'm changing to a midtone floor and might go with a lighter paint. For reference that paint color there is Benjamin Moore Victorian Garden, about the same depth as Sherwin Williams Sawdust. Both colors are 5th down in a 7 color strip, so fairly deep. |

| There was this great thread that came up one time on the Decorating Forum. When you said "green walls" I immediately thought of it. Now I haven't looked at it in a long time but I remember being surprised how many people had green walls in their kitchens. |
