Undermount Drawer slides

We are very close to finalizing our kitchen with stock cabinets. One of the issues we are having is that the drawers are under mount but the slide outs for the pantry are side mounts. Are these easy to change out to under mount slides? Where can we find these online? Is it better to have under mount? Any help is greatly appreciated.

My drawers are all under mount and the pantry shelves are side mount. With the pantry doors closed you can't see the side mount slides. I never considered it odd at all but maybe I am missing something. The problem I see is side mount slides clearing the doors.
