Ours is an eased edge. Visually it looks squared, but the edges are so slightly rounded. It works well in our modern kitchen.

Ours is squared. I've read that squared are more likely to chip than eased, but I didn't know this when I ordered the counters. If doing it over, I'd probably choose eased, for that reason.

We plan to go eased. Anything less is a chipping risk. Anything more is a pain when you are cleaning up (try wiping stuff over the edge of a bullnose counter).

We're doing eased as well. And now I'm really happy about it!
We have some fancy edge to our current Corian and it's a magnet for baking junk. I have to clean it with an electric toothbrush!

I went with the half bullnose on my quartzite. Simple and smooth.

We have 5/8" bevel in our kitchen and laundry room and crescent in our bathrooms and are very pleased with both. We had full 1 1/2" bull nose on our granite for 15 years before our remodel and never had a problem with it.

I have the same quartz counter, Okite Bianco Carrara on my island and I have the rounded edge (bullnose I think it is called). It looks the same as the one in the above picture :) I am very pleased with it - not fancy but suits my kitchen. I really like my quartz too - have hanstone magellin on the perimeter and the 2 go very nicely together). I hope you are as happy with yours as I am.

londongirl - do you have any pics of your counter? I was considering Okite Bianco Carrara and there aren't a lot of pics around. Are you happy with it?
