Is it the model with the ice maker in the refrigerator or in the freezer? I have the ice maker in fridge model and my only complaint is that the ice maker takes up a lot of room inside the fridge. I knew that going in but found a great deal during a pre Black Friday sale 3 years ago so I bought it despite that fact. There is only me and dh so storage for us is generally not an issue. Also occasionally the ice jams inside the dispenser. That has only happened maybe 3 times. Other then those complaints I have been very happy with it. I don't find stainless hard to keep clean a quick wipe with vinegar/water usually does the trick. Let me know if you have any other questions.
