Shaker cab trim to coordinate with wall trim?

How did you trim out the ceiling with shaker style cabinet trim?
My case- tongue and groove ceiling with slope. 8 ft at lowest point.Cabinets are shaker style painted white. Planning on a very simple profile on cab trim.
Either a simple cove or a straight board. But I need to trim the ceiling in the adjoining dining room to cover the gap between ceiling and wall.
Any pictures? Or even suggestions?
