Difference between granite sealer and enhancement question???

I apologize in advance if this topic has been exhausted in previous posts--but I am a little confused about the difference (if any) between a granite sealer and enhancer.
We are installing leathered White Galaxy (similar to Bianco Antico from what I can tell). Part of the kitchen was installed Friday--they are coming back next week to finish the job and I need to let them know if I want the enhancer they use (did not get the brand name). I am hoping experts out there can give me advice. Is there a difference? If so, is going with one better than the other for a white stone?

Both will seal. An "Enhancing Sealer" will make the material "Pop" and, ahem....."Enhance" the material. To see what this does, wipe with a damp sponge. This is what "enhance" does.

Thanks--that puts my mind at ease. I am just now testing with mustard, wine, berry jam, oil, and water. After three hours, nothing has absorb--I hope that is a good sign.
