How exciting! Love the plan...always have, but I can't remember...are you putting any glass doors on the upper cabinets of the hutch area? Are you using any corbels in that space, to tie in with the hood?

Be sure to take 'before' pictures and 'progress' pictures, to go with those beautiful 'after' pictures :)

Yes, the middle doors in the hutch will be glass. I'd looove to have more glass, but alas...we need hidden storage. I did swing two open units for my cookbooks and pitchers though. :)

I'm using corbels on the hutch for sure and maybe some on the other side of the room, too. I want to hold them up under the cabinets before making the final call on where I want them since I can't seem to add them into the mock-ups.

Oh, it's going to be so pretty! I know what you mean about needing hidden storage. (LOL) The cookbooks and pitchers are going to look great on the shelves.

I think corbels add so much to the look of the kitchen. I like your backsplash tile too...and where did you find that curtain material? It's beautiful :)
