What would you do with this?

It's 3 feet tall and about 18" wide. Used to be a kitchen spice cabinet.

Is it the start of a great project?....or does it go in the Goodwill pile?

Side entrance cupboard holding sunscreen, sunglasses, flashlight, etc., and dog leashes looped over the bar. No dog? Good reason to get one! For the décor!
