I think our kitches will match when complete. White cabinets, black appliances, soapstone, and hardwood. :-)

The fridge is actually stainless as is the microwave and range backsplash. I did not want a stainless dishwasher because we have super hard water and with 6 kids, the drips on it would drive me batty. Our range is old but still very much usable so we couldn't in good conscience get rid of it yet. So, hopefully it will eventually all tie in together.

Beautiful! Are you going to oil it or leave it natural? Either way, it's beautiful! I just want to run my hands all over it, lol!!

I did oil it as DH wanted to see the contrast. It is absolutely gorgeous with turquoise/aqua and caramel quartz veining. I like it both ways!

Ooooooo. I want to come oil it. I love seeing it just after its been oiled. Just lovely. But it's gorgeous natural as well!
