I've done kitchens that were 3K worth of box store cabinets, which are at the lower end of the price and quality spectrum for sure. I've also done 90K cabinet kitchens with a full custom manufacturer doing all kinds of custom touches. I've designed with KM and Thomasville/Kemper/Diamond. They are middle of the road price wise. The variance in price for those kitchens was due to the amount of details that the kitchen contained. I've done a basic white shaker 9K in middle of the road cabinets, and I've done 35K in middle of the road cabinets with stacked cabinets, glass, stacked molding, and, and, and....... You control the price you pay for your project. All budgets can be met. Just not all wish lists that go with those budgets.
