i used the 4". in researching it i was advised the 3" felt a little tight on the fingers. in checking in the store i agreed. mine are pictured below. important heads up: the screws that come with them are crap, they do not screw into maple doors. my GC had to extract some screws and source all new ones (resulting in a change order).

The drawer is about 19".

Below, is a pic of the 3" pull when I was considering it for my kitchen drawers. I ended up using a different pull.
This drawer is about 11 3/4".

This final pic I have is a 4" pull. I can't remember which kitchen drawer I was holding it up to. It's between 18" - 23". Looks closer to 18".
