countertop material

Hi, I recently bought an apartment and I can't figure out what countertop material I have in the kitchen. I think it's some kind of man made material but not sure. It's black/charcoal grey with some light specks throughout. Underneath, it feels a bit rough but not sharp. It's not shiny either. Any clues?

A photo from the top and underside would be helpful. Maybe a solid surface like Corian?
