I like those! My guess would be rub on lettering because a stencil for the skinnier font would be very hard to make/do.

I showed those to my daughter and she loved it too. She found one on ETSY I think.

Usually these are made with vinyl. They are designed on a computer and cut out with a special machine called a ?plotter?? You can also design vinyl sayings with consumer available machines like the Cricut Expression from Provo Craft that does not need a computer. You can purchase the machine, cartridges and vinyl in assorted colors from craft stores. Or you can search the web and hopefully find what you like on e-bay or etsy.

I have a cricut machine, but recently purchased a saying for a wedding present from e-bay. I liked the font that the saying was made from, so I went that route.

I did an image google search for Vinyl Family Rules and came up with a *ton* - I think that most etsy sellers would do a custom one for you.
You can also go to sites like wallwords.com and make your own - you may need to do each row seperately to get the different fonts, though.

I've also seen great framed/unframed lists in which each row was printed/hand drawn on strips of scrapbooking paper.

Another super cute way is from www.thepleatedpoppy.com - it is called a family rules canvas. It is A LOT of work but so worth it when it is dones, I just hung mine in my new kitchen :)

Yep-that's mine. I got it on esty. Most sellers will customize to your liking. Search for vinyl decals. Pretty cheap and pretty easy to install on the wall. You just need a level, tape, and a little patience.
