online purchase of Grohe Faucet on QUality Bath

| We are considering our first on-line purchase of our Grohe faucet. Best price is on e-bay from Quality Bath in New Jersey. We live in calif and it offers free shipping. Can't find a website for quality bath. Anyone ever purchase from this provider? |

| Sorry I can't help you - but do check out faucetdirect.com as we just purchased all of our Grohe faucets from them and they were wonderful to work with and they all arrived in excellent condition so check what the difference in cost for your faucet is and if it is only a few dollars I would go with a company that many people use :) Piaa |

| I purchased my Franke sink and sink grid from them. They are wonderful to do business with. My sink arrived the NEXT day. They are very communicative on e-mail and I got a great price. |

| A friend of mine just ordered a faucet from them. She was very pleased with the order, the price, how well it was packaged. The only thing she didn't like was that it took about a week longer than she was told. Not a big deal though. I don't know why you can't find the website for Quality Bath. It's qualitybath.com. However, they do close their website each Fri. eve (around 6 PM) to Sat. evening (around 6 PM) for the Jewish Sabbath. |

| Yep, I purchased Grohe faucet, Blanco sink and cabinet hardware from them. Excellent service, good communication, great prices and items delivered as promised. They were also excellent when I had to return the sink for design reasons. I would not hesitate to purchase from them. Yes, I purcased it all from qualitybath.com. They usually have a 5% sale each week. Yes, they do close Friday evening. I think that is refreshing in this day and age. |

| Purchased 2 Grohe kitchen faucets from faucet direct. One came in the wrong finish. I had to repack, UPS got it the next day and it was credited to my account in 4 days. Quality was $90.00 cheaper. This was annoying as they really should get what they send. |

| I don't have any experience with this seller, but if you care about the warranty, check with Grohe. I don't think they honor the warranty unless it's from an authorized seller. |
