New to this forum - wanted to find a forum with people who have an interest in such things!

I need a new oven, 27" Single Wall Oven - with Convection, probably 1,000-1,700. I see GE, Frigidaire, Whirlpool, Kenmore and Kitchen Aid (borderline in this $ range).

Any recommendations on brands or how these rank? From what I've seen, it seems Frigidaire is at the bottom of that list and the others are a step up and another step if it's the GE Profile, Kenmore Elite, etc.

If you know of a good model, what to 'definitely' look for, etc, I'd appreciate any feedback, thoughts.
