Two faucets, two sinks, one giant dilemma

I have two Blanco subline sinks. One 320 and one 500. Somehow I thought it would be a good idea to have the water filter on the little sink and the normal faucet at the big sink.
Then I bought the water filter which came with a 3 way tap similar to my main faucet and I thought: oh, what a great idea!!
Turns out, not so great. The filter faucet is a little bit bigger than my main. I could switch them so that the bigger one is on the bigger sink, but I'd lose the spray since it's quite awkward to pull it to the other sink.
Plumber is coming today to install the filter tap. Should I go ahead or should I switch them? Or, better yet, buy something else for the filter.
Main tap is Blanco Yovis, can't really afford to buy another one like it.
Thank you!
