Hi everyone, i remember reading about the grill versus griddle debate when choosing ranges. Well, I chose to go with a built-in grill (DH loves it!). I chose it partly because i read that you can buy a griddle pan to put on top so you essentially can have both whenever you need.

since black friday is upon us, i was thinking maybe i could shop for a nice griddle pan.
Do you have any recommendation as to what is a good griddle pan to use?
ceramic coating versus cast iron versus aluminum?
i was thinking i could keep it on top of my grill all the time in lieu of the grill cover. I would love to hear what your favorite pans are! what pans have the best fit for your built-in grill? thank you!!
