Has anyone done this successfully? We have a pullout double trash (bottom mount) and would love to add a foot pedal to it...I know I've seen GWers do this in the past, but we didn't plan for it at the design stage because we had intended to have a Tapmaster and didn't want two pedals. The Tapmaster didn't work out for other reasons, and now it seems like a great idea to add a pedal for the trash, but I'm having a tough time telling from the limited info online whether the Hafele foot pedal (the only one that seems to be out there for bottom mount pullouts?) will work to retrofit a cabinet.

Anyone have any experience doing this if you didn't buy the specific trash pullout and pedal that they market together? Thanks!
