True TS49 and TS35 - Install in new Construction House???

This is a cross post.

Ok so we are just at the Hvac and Electrical stage of my build. My plan was to put in a 33" all refrigerator in the kitchen. And a similar sized freezer in a large pantry off the kitchen. Anyway I found a guy who is selling is 6 year old True TS49 and TS35 for $1500.
He has them on remote compressor. Since I am building new this is easy to accommodate. There is no room for them in the "kitchen stadium" so they will both go in the pantry. Oddly enough it will still create a working triangle If I keep my prep sink where it is and move the dishwashing one to the other end.

I would not normally buy a refrigerator this big, but the price is so cheap. So should I have any reservations about this regarding placement in the pantry? Also is this a good price? Will they be energy drainers?
