We just remodeled our kitchen and chose the 30" Thermador dual fuel range for it's looks and features, we hate it, so far at least. I don't know if we just got a lemon or if we've just made a mistake. The burners are all 'big' and when you have a small pan the flames are too broad. Also, we used the oven for the first time last night, the temperature knob on the outside was so hot that we had to use oven mitts to turn down the temp - that is a safety hazard.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix or different experiences with this brand of range, I'd appreciate hearing.
