Hi all...I'm a long-time lurker, but first-time poster! Hoping you can help me with a few questions. We just had our cabinets installed, and I purchased the RH 4" Gilmore Pulls for all drawers, and the RH Gilmore Knobs for all cabinets. My contractor wants to install them on Tuesday, and I need to tell him how I want everything spaced, which leads to my questions! :)

1) For those of you with the Gilmore pulls, did you center the pulls vertically to the screws? Or to the middle of the pulls?

2) For the drawers that are larger than 30", I went with two pulls (per the advice I read on here!), but how should they be spaced horizontally? Specifically, I have a few 33" cabinets...where should I place them?
