Do you have a favorite recipe app on your kindle or computer that you use while cooking and baking in the kitchen? If so, which one is it and why do you like it?

I am looking for an app for my Kindle where I can put in my own recipes, sort them and find them according to title, type or ingredient. Also, would like an app where it has microphone capabilities so I can enter recipes without all the typing involved. Is there anything like that out there? How about being able to email them or download to a forum like this with one easy push of the button? Would be nice to be able to add a picture too so others could see what your concoction looks like. How about a button that lets you turn it into a cookbook? Now that would be nice. I am sure there are programs out there, but I am looking for one that is free or near free. Any suggestions?
