| Here's a link to a thread about a very glam kitchen --not mine though (I SO wish!)--it has Calacatta marble on the counters by the cooktop and on the backsplash, and Carrara marble on the other counters and island. | I just want to suggest an out-there idea. Erikanh's backsplash is a thing of beauty, but everybody may not have her eye for picking out slabs, or even access to the right stones. I'd love to see someone try these tiles as a backsplash--they're supposed to be the most amazing porcelain version of Calacatta imagineable. Check out the link. |
