Backsplash ?

I will have this set up in my kitchen except with a pantry on each side and drawers in place of wine cabinet. My question is I plan on doing subway tile thoughtout the rest of my kitchen with a iron scroll piece behind stove (I'll add picture), in this area would it be too much subway tiles without anything to off set it? Should I add something to backsplash to break it up?
