Sorry, I use plain own Cascade and works well enough for me. No complaints here.

Did this use to work and now it doesn't? If so the dispenser mechanism may be broken. If not, are you blocking the dispenser with a dish or other item? Another option is to just put the tablet in the bottom of the dishwasher.

Which tablet are you using--one that you put in wrapped or unwrapped?

I am not sure if this is what you mean, but the little door that opens to let out the soap/finish in my DW hasn't worked in years. I just toss a Finish Tab in the bottom of the tub and it seems to know what to do. I never even considered getting the door fixed. Of course this happened years after I got mine. The Finish Tabs are great and seem to know what to do on their own. First the soap melts and washes the dishes and then the red dot dissolves later. It's been working great. No plans to fix the little door eject thing.
