I'm in process of ordering a Franke sink from Home West via Amazon.com, but was informed by Amazon representative to call Home West directly at 1.800.634.0410 to inquire about their (Home West) s/h charges, and when I called they claim to be KB Authority, who can sell me same items as Amazon but slightly cheaper (b/c Amazon adds 12% fee to each item) & free shipping. Hmmm....too good to be true. I don't know. Please advise if you have done business directly with KB Authority, or share how I can ensure they are reliable before I give them my credit info. Thanks in advance for any insight. AM |

| I just ordered a stainless steel Franke Orca from them. Agree that the prices seem to good to be true. I was worried b/c I didn't get an email order confirmation. However, I contacted them and they got back to me promptly. Item arrived in just a few days, and from all appearances, it's the real deal. |
