Source for faux leaded glass cabinet door film/appliqu?

Posted by Madeline616 (My Page) on

I have some glass-front cabinets, and I'd love to add some simple stick-on faux leaded glass accents to them.

I'm finding sources for faux stained glass, and frosted glass film with large designs, but no simple leaded glass-look appliqus for cannot doors.

Any recs would be appreciated!

Madeline

Go to a craft store like Michaels. They have the faux leading, the faux solder, and many instruction books and patterns. You are not going to find a whole applique for this, I don't think.

Get the actual leaded faux leading (made in England by Decra-Led) and make your own designs, it works very well and if you repeat the design on both sides it's virtually impossible to tell from the real thing. Comes in reels.

Here is a link that might be useful: Decra Led adhesive leading
