Looking for stone suppliers/fabricators for NYC kitchen

Super small kitchen in Manhattan . Only about 20 square feet for countertop with largest piece 4 feet by 4 feet so remnant would do. Even if add backsplash still less than 6 square feet additional.
Need recommended stone supplier/fabricator that would do such a small job. I can travel to Brooklyn/Queens or nearby NJ locations to pick out piece. Need good pricing and good work and want to avoid paying for minimum footage substantially in excess of my needs.
Thank you

I got my calacatta marble from Arena right over the GWB. You can also try PMI in Long Island City. Both have a lot to choose from but I have no idea how they work/price since I did it all through my KD and had a price, then looked at slabs. Fabrication is being done by Marbleworks in Yonkers. For fabricators, there is also Granitops in Yonkers--they made my bathroom counters. I have to imagine that any of these places would have remnants for you to pick from.

Try SMC Stone in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I bought a Danby marble remnant there, which they fabricated for a table top. Large selection of stones (slabs and remnants) reasonable pricing and good work. I dealt with Marcus who was very friendly and helpful. Smcstone.com
