 o
Please show me the overhang for your mitered edge countertop

We would like to have mitered eased edge for our countertop. Our marble slab will be 2cm thick. My understanding from reading GW posts is that a typical countertop overhang is 1 to 1.5" from the face of the cabinet (not the drawer front).

Is it possible to have 1.5" overhang from front of cabinet with mitered edge? Or, does mitered edge countertop always has a smaller overhang?

I worry about spills running down the front of the cabinetry, so I would like to have at least 1" overhang. I just don't know if that is possible with a mitered edge.

Could you please show me pictures of the overhang of your mitered countertop and let me know how far your overhang is?

Thank you in advance for your help!
