OMG trailrunner!!! Makes the Gardenburger I'm having before I head off to my volunteer shift at the Humane Society this evening sound pitiful! I love my GB's but I love a good steak just as much!

O.K. I thought I was the only one who got excited over pefect capture. I was cooking the other night and actually got giddy watching all the grease and steam and odors escape. Thanks for the post trailrunner, and those steaks look great....

Oh yummy! My DH's favorite. He grills them all the time - outside. lol!

I bet sweet potato fries would go well, too. : )

The Tradewind Liner...is by http://www.umiphx.com/..they are an amazing company. I have the remote blower on the roof. And an inline silencer. Altogether it was less than they are paying for some of the other brands and it is efficient...believe me I have no reason to say it works if it doesn't. I use it on med or low. That is am important lessom from DS1...there is a weird law of physics that if you turn the hood fan too high it is counterproductive...so guess what...high heat all that time for those great steaks and fries and not one whiff of odor or grease...2 years and I still have not wiped off the wood hood surround except with a light dust cloth...money well spent.
