Go to the Blum website and down load the hinge catalog. Study it a bit. Make a sketch with dimensions. Then post it here and I'll try to help, or talk with your hinge supplier.
From the dimensions you list you have a 3/8" overlay, 9.25 mm. Where and how it mounts to frame and door thickness all count.
You will need a 35mm forster bit or similar to drill the doors. That really needs to be done on a drill press. The bore for the hinges must be exactly accurate.
