It's called kaleidoscope granite? How does one go about finding such an animal? |

| I think that with that BEAUTIFUL sink you should let it be the statement piece and find a granite that has less movement. The granite is beautiful on its own, but seems too much with the sink. Let the granite be the canvas for you beautiful piece of art (your sink). |

| Each element, on it's own, is handsome. Together, they take away from each other instead of complimenting. |

| I was afraid of that. What a beautiful granite, though. |

| I would really consider quartz in your case so you can get a fairly monolithic color with no pattern to speak of. |

You can't have both. Have you actually seen the granite? It's gorgeous. Does it go with your cabinets? Do you already have the sink? If not, and you have to decide between them, it would be very hard. However, if it was up to me, I would rather have gorgeous counters than a fabulous sink. Every night I clear the counters, get a wet cloth and wipe and dry the counters and marvel that I have something so gorgeous in my house. If you go with the sink then a plain counter with a uniform color will be gorgeous too. |

| Sixtyohno: your counters are the ones that make me long for something like this, lol. I can imagine that you have that experience with that beautiful granite (marble?). But... I already have the sink. |
