Minimum Distance between cook top and sink cutouts for quartz

Hello!

I have an itsy bitsy kitchen and I am trying to squeeze in a cook top and a sink next to each other. I am considering PentalQuartz for the stone, and would like to know what the minimum required distance is between the cook top and the sink cutouts. From the fabricating instruction sheet, I was only able to gather that any cutout has to be at least 6 inches from the edge. But what is the minimum distance between cutouts - that remains a mystery...

In addition, because of the required distance between the cutouts and the min distance from the edge of the quartz, I might have to put in a 24" cook top into a 30" oven cabinet(getting a 24" oven cabinet will leave me with extra useless 6 inches that need a filler). Would the cook top be sufficiently supported if we put plywood under the quartz? Or does the cook top need the edges of the cabinet underneath for support?

Thank you!
