I think the biscuit goes better, at least on my monitor.
But I think anthracite or metallic gray would look gorgeous with your stone!

I like the biscuit best too.

Or perhaps white to go with your backsplash?
Again, maybe it is my monitor, but I see black, white, and gray in your stone, with little or no taupe, beige, or brown tones...

Ctycdm is right...colors do not always show correctly on monitors. If there are creamy tones in your slab then I like the biscuit better too. But, if it's more white/gray cool tones then you might want to go with a white sink.

Your counter looks warm to me, with brown and cream tones. Love the biscuit! I think light color sinks are very fresh & clean feeling, so very much my personal preference. The truffle has a gold/olive tone on my screen which I don't see in the counter. I agree that light coloring is good in a small kitchen. It's cheerful, brightens and opens up things. A gray would work but your work area would feel more like a stormy day. While pretty, that could get tiring over the long haul.

I would go with Biscuit or the gray. I didn't like the white--it looks chalky in the matte surface.

Check the amount of yellow in the biscuit. Maybe too much? Hard to tell from here.

Biscuit doesn't seem to work with a white tile backsplash to me. And the truffle seems a bit dark and brown. Colors are hard online though as everyone's screen looks different. So I could be way off. Have you considered the metallic silver?

I like the biscuit in your photo, but would also look at the metallic gray. Biscuit next to bright white doesn't seem right to me, either. We used biscuit with an "alabaster" backsplash that was pretty much a perfect match. (Also turned out to be the same color as the biscuit receptacles and switchplates.) I had samples of almost every color of Silgranit that I carried around with me for months-- ah, those were the days!

Do cream subway tile.

Love the slab! On my computer neither sink looks great, the biscuit looks yellow and the truffle looks green - mentally adding java cabinets and white subway doesn't help. These are big decisions, please be sure before you choose.

I would vote for metallic gray! It is very nice and sparkly in real life- I would get samples of all the blanco colors and hold them up in your kitchen to see which would go best.
