Yes, that's what I was wondering, what's her new stove going to be like. Can't believe the contractor is selling it for the homeowner, lol, I think he's selling it for himself and I don't believe he's correct in saying it's 60 inches long, I think that model is 48, but you know how men are about measuring in inches. :) Someone's going to get a good deal!

Did you end up getting it? I too wish I had a place for it. But truthfully, my DH doesn't really like AGAs. He doesn't like that they are always "on". We have a friend with one and they love it, but they also have a conventional range. That's a lot of space devoted to ovens! Maybe the owners are uber modern and don't want something like this.

If everything ends up working as scheduled, we should be done in two weeks. I truly am ready to be done!

They are probably replacing it with something you can cook on in a conventional manner.

I have one and I love it! It is 58.5 inches if you want to get technical. You can cook with the Aga "conventionally" if you so choose. Believe me, whoever gets it will really appreciate using it!

I bet they are replacing it with something that isn't always on. It's been a long hot summer in the Bay Area.
