If you drink 3-4 cups of tea a day, you deserve it. I spent about $50 or $75 for my kettle (which I love looking at) & haven't had a cup of tea. One can only have so much caffeine & mine is coffee.
It's beautiful & would lovely in your kitchen.

Had to laugh when I ready your reply romy, I love your kettle and had to get one just like it. I felt guilty because I'm a coffee drinker too, but I just love the way it looks on my stove. Romy suggested I look at Bed Bath and Beyond and I found my kettle there and used a 20% off coupon. I suggest you do the same. This looks very similar to the one you posted. Is it worth it to pay more for something that's beautiful and you really love? Yes!

Which one did you end up getting Romy? I must admit the aesthetics are definitely a factor even though what I really need is just a work horse kettle. Thanks for findthing that on BBB kitchenlover1 ...I was looking on there earlier and saw they had others but couldn't find this model. I am always getting the 20% off coupons. Sooo one of the things I saw on Amazon reviews was that this kettle is being made in Thailand not France, but someone questioned it on BBB's site and the answer (from one of their staff) was France. So which one is it? Hmmm.

Some of Amazon's reviews are kind of bogus, some people aren't even reviewing the item on display, but another model. The good thing about BBB is that you can always take it back to the store, if it doesn't might your expectations. I couldn't tell, is this the same model as the one you pictured? I think I saw it at Williams Sonoma as well, it's on sale for $90.00. Again, I don't know if its the same or not.

It is OK but wish I had gone with your classic model. I think it was the Zen.
