Hmm..Outlet Covers - Never Had To Think About Them Before

Because I've had white or off-white painted backsplashes in my homes for as long as I can remember.

This time I'm going with a color - BM Carrington Beige - in my kitchen. My outlets behind the sink will be embedded in the granite BS which wil go up to the sill. Another behind the coffee station will be in stone, as well. Those 3 will have Lutron covers that should blend with the stone. The rest of the BS areas will be painted. I'm considering doing tile behind the range, but will wait to see if that would be too much.

So, I need to choose covers for 2 outlets on the painted BS. My trim is white - but is that too stark? Will off-white look like a dingy "almost" match? I'm reluctant to go w/ another Lutron color. I don't think I'll get an exact match & it might draw attention to those in the stone that I'm trying to make disappear.

Any thoughts?
