I forgot to ask my cabinet guy about these knobs. I pulled both types off of old built in cabinets. I was hoping to use the crystal ones in the bathrooms, but I just noticed the metal base which extends into where the hole would go. If I use these for now, will the larger hole make it more complicated to replace them later?

I know I can ask him tomorrow, but for many reasons (long story) I would like to figure this out tonight.
