I am getting new kitchen undermount sink for granite counrtops. Right now i am looking at Nantucket Sinks which has uses 16 gauge stainless steel or Bianco sinks which are 18 gauge. I am leaning toward the large single bowl 30 inch sink. Right now I have the double bowl and can't fit my big pans:( Does anyone have either a SS Nantucket sink or Blanco sink. If so would love your feedback on how it is hoding up- appearance, scratches, staining.... Thanks:)

I am also considering a Nantucket Sink - Moby-16, but have been unable to find any reviews. Unfortunately, every Ticor sink I like is back ordered 8 weeks. Thus, still looking and came across Nantucket. Not familiar with Nantucket so would love to hear opinions.

Have you checked out Ticor or Kraus if you're going the SS route? Those brands are well-loved around here for quality and price.
